JOB PROFILE

Thejobinvolvesconductingindustryandfinancialresearchto analyze and estimate revenue/headcount of investment banks\' Wealth Management division at the most granular level possible and thereafter providing benchmarking analysis andcontributing to internal knowledge building efforts. Typical projects will involve gathering,analyzing,synthesizingandpresentingdatausingstructuredmethodologiesandframeworks.

Keyresponsibilitiesinvolve:

Estimate granular, product level key performance metrics for Investment banks\' Wealth Management division (e.g., Revenue, Headcount, product structure, revenue types) and create market size estimates for WM products (e.g. UHNW, HNW, MA, Retail, AM, CCB etc)

Build relationships between macroeconomic indicators and IB performance metrics toarrive at forecasts/estimatesfortheabove KPIs

Update and restructurerevenue/headcount data based on qualitative and quantitative informationfrom Coalition contactsin the IBindustry

BuildandupdatesectordatabasesinExceland/or customizedapplications

Explain, defend and customize Coalition analysis to support key client initiatives inIB strategy, sales franchise decision, investor communication and for seniormanagementconsumption

Craft effective search strategies and gather relevant information leveraging a broadset of resources (e.g. on-line databases, internet, external researchers etc.).Communicate research results through the creation of structured end-products(spreadsheets,reports,presentationsetc.)

Complete ad hoc research requests, knowledge building and business developmentactivitiesnecessary for the build out of WM benchmarking

Manage and/ or work withan expanded team of analysts while working on multipleprojects

REQUIREDEXPERIENCEANDSKILLS

Thesuccessfulcandidatewillhavetodemonstrate the followingskills,experienceandattributeslikelyto havebeengainedovertwotofour yearsrelevantexperience:

MBAorpostgraduatedegreeinfinance,businessmanagement,statistics,economics orsimilaranalyticalfields.

Good knowledge about Private Banking, WM, AM and Portfolio Analysis

ProfessionalcertificationslikeCFA, FRM, CAIAetc.wouldbeanaddedadvantage.

Strongquantitativeskills,ananalyticalmindandanabilitytoworkwithsignificantamountsofdata,bothnumerical andqualitative

Abilitytotakedecisionswhileworkingwithunstructuredandlimitedinformation

Responsibleattitudeandabilitytocompletetasks proactively and inatimelymanner

Well-developedinterpersonalandactivelisteningskills

Priorexperienceof 2years ormoreinfinancialresearch/ analytics

Soundknowledgeofglobalcapitalmarketsproductsand WM operations

Astrong degreeofindependenceandself-motivation
