You will be responsible for

Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities:

Follow the Code of Business Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence Ensure timely and accurate investigation in line with agreed SLAs Ensure compliance with GSCOP and GCA Guidelines Build strong relationships with buyers and suppliers through regular interactions Investigate invoice fallouts to mitigate margin leakage via force closures within 7 calendar days by checking the Product systems,

review buying agreements and working with Supplier and Buyers to resolve the ticket

Identify the force closed invoices and work with finance department to recover the additional payment made to suppliers with evidence

by issuing debit notes

Review Supplier queries/disputes and check for mandatory documents before ticketing and assigning the queries to the right team by

being audit complaint

Have conversations with Buyers and Suppliers to gather evidence for investigation Update the investigation summary on internal database with detailed commentary on daily basis
