What will my typical day look like/What will I do?

\xe2\x97\x8f The role involves identifying & empaneling CAs, Ex-Bankers, Ex-Wealth Advisors,

Insurance agents and Finance professionals and empaneling them as Independent

Financial Distributors with JM Financial.

\xe2\x97\x8f Training new empaneled IFDs to effectively use digital platform and Mobile app for

providing Knowledge on Primary Market Products (like MF, NFOs, IPO\xe2\x80\x99s, NCDs, Capital

Markets products, Bonds and Corporate Fixed Deposits, etc.).

\xe2\x97\x8f Training and driving IFDs to achieve sales of financial products on ongoing basis

\xe2\x97\x8f The person should have a good understanding of client (IFDs) needs in Primary market

products.

\xe2\x97\x8f Acquiring new IFDs & advising them on primary market products

\xe2\x97\x8f Organising events to develop the Business of IFDs

How much will I be paid?

\xe2\x97\x8f CTC Range - Quality candidate can expect higher as well

\xe2\x97\x8b Non-metro - Up to INR 5.5 lakhs per annum

\xe2\x97\x8b Metro - Up to INR 6.5 lakhs per annum

What education qualifications and past experience should I have?

\xe2\x97\x8f Graduate

\xe2\x97\x8f MBA is a plus

\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 2+ years of experience in Individual Financial Advisor / Agency Channel

\xe2\x97\x8f Overall 5 years of Experience

Who is an ideal candidate for this role?

\xe2\x97\x8f Someone with experience specifically in an Individual Financial Advisor / Agency

Channel

\xe2\x97\x8f Should not hold any IRDA agency/ MF ARN code ( Ideally we should clarify while

screening the candidates during initial conversation)

\xe2\x97\x8f Have worked for 1.6years years in Individual Financial Advisor / Agency Channel

\xe2\x97\x8f Should have experience of dealing in Mutual Fund, Insurance, Fixed Income Products
