Albeit, the bancassurance business consists of life, general and health insurance business across various banking channels.Job Purpose The candidate will be responsible to build and lead the distribution of insurance products though assigned channel as per business demand and dynamics.Key Accountabilities Responsible to drive & deliver Bancassurance fee income targets to the bank Identify suitable business opportunities across various verticals. Co-create & execute business strategies along with all vertical heads to ensure a business deliveryJob Duties & responsibilities Ensure scale-up in people productivities through wider engagements, ramping up certifications, training interventions, sales support framework, quality training materials, appreciations and high decibel positive momentum build up Identify suitable products and create basket of offerings based on the proper customer segmentations. Jointly manage end to end operational & sales fulfilment with partner to drive ease and related compliances Create, build & lead a team of high-performance subject matter experts within team across bank verticals for Zonal / Regional / Cluster level support to ensure better penetration, control and quality of distribution Always confirm to all internal and regulatory compliances for all insurance productsRequirements Experience in driving business by extending support from product sideEducation / Preferred Qualification Preferably Post Graduate in Management, Sales, Finance, Marketing, etc.Core Competencies Prior experience with sales management, managing stake holders, financial analysis & competition analysis Good spoken and written communication as well as articulate interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work in a team effectively while managing tight timelines, and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentTechnical Competencies Strong analytical skills and an ability to understand complex life insurance product levers Ability to lead and take initiative in creating product and distribution road mapWork Relationship Collaboration with distribution team and manages the production by close liaising with sellers Partner management on product, process, on sales support and post sales servicing.DBS India - Culture & Behaviors Drive performance through Value Based Propositions Build pride and passion to protect, maintain and enhance DBS' image and reputation Enhance knowledge base, build skill sets & develop competencies Invest in team building & motivation through ideation & innovation Execute at speed while maintaining error free operations Develop a passion for performance and grow the talent pool* Maintain the highest standards of honesty and integrity.
