As an Associate/Senior Associate in Data Management, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining enterprise data solutions. You will partner with leadership to design, develop, and optimize data warehouse and master data management systems, ensuring high data quality, accuracy, and accessibility. This role involves leveraging analytical and programming skills to deliver actionable insights, support business decisions, and drive the adoption of data management tools. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, interfacing with multiple stakeholders while contributing to scalable, robust, and transparent data solutions.
Accountabilities

• Partner with leadership teams to implement data warehouse and MDM solutions.
• Analyze business processes and design database and reporting solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize the analytics data warehouse using data from internal applications and vendors.
• Design and deploy processes to monitor data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
• Leverage SQL, Python, R, Alteryx, Informatica, and stored procedures for data integration, analysis, and reporting.
• Drive the adoption of data management and reporting tools among business users.
• Deliver automated reporting, datasets, and views to stakeholders as required.
• Document ETL and MDM processes to ensure transparency and visibility for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience in data management, analytics, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Master Data Management platforms such as Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, or Veeva Network preferred.
• Knowledge of MDM concepts, trends, and best practices.
• Experience in data profiling, modeling, and analysis to support business requirements.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with ETL, analytics, and visualization tools such as Informatica, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Tableau.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
