Brief role :
- Handling corporate transactions like Mergers, acquisitions, Venture capital funding
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Advising clients on issues related to commercial transactions
- Independent handling of corporate matters
- General corporate advisory to the clients in various matters, providing legal opinions
Level - Associate / Sr. associate
