Assist in serving food and beverages as required.
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, well-presented, and properly set up.
Support in handling billing and payment processes when needed.
Operational Excellence:
Follow all restaurant service standards, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Maintain cleanliness in guest and service areas at all times.
Refill and restock service items such as cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service guidelines.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to provide seamless service.
Communicate guest preferences or issues promptly to the supervisor or manager.
Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and service improvement activities.
