KYU OU Role/Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the coordination and completion of organization-wide software development projects by serving as the central interface between diverse work groups and promoting industry best practices.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the coordination and completion of assigned software development projects throughout the organization that meet the required specification and quality goals.
• Coordinate the construction of product roadmaps with Product Strategists and serve as the central interface between groups working together on product strategy, design, development, testing and overall quality management.
• Promote investigation and application of new technologies and industry trends.
• Work with project constituents to set deadlines, clarify responsibilities, resolve project issues and monitor progress of projects.
• Lead daily standups, backlog grooming and sprint demo/retrospective sessions
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of projects.
• Assist Senior Scrum Masters in coaching the product team to adopt best practices for the development of products using Agile development methodologies.
• Work with the development team to continuously review and improve the development process, implementing process refinements as the team learns to work together efficiently

Qualifications
Qualifications:

• Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s degree).
• 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Scrum Master Certification preferred
• Knowledge of software development processes – especially Agile practices – is essential.
• Detail-oriented disposition and clear, concise communication skills.
• Understanding of the technologies used in software development

For Colorado-based roles only: the anticipated base salary range for this position is $62,800 to $91,000, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual performance incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
