Key Responsibilities: ? Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the Condition Management Program, maintaining adherence to defined SLAs and process standards. ? Coordinate effectively between health coaches, relationship managers, medical experts, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services. ? Handle user queries and escalations with empathy and efficiency, aiming for quick resolution and high user satisfaction. ? Monitor and track user journey and engagement to ensure timely follow-ups, renewals, and overall program adherence. ? Identify and flag operational or technical issues impacting user experience, and work cross-functionally to drive resolutions. ? Maintain regular reports and dashboards on program performance, escalations, and feedback trends. Requirements: ? 1-2 years of experience in healthcare operations, wellness programs, or condition management-related roles. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. ? Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward process improvement. ? Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a user-first mindset. ? Familiarity with using CRM tools, ticketing systems, or operations dashboards is a plus.
