Key Responsibilities: ₹ Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the Condition Management Program, maintaining adherence to defined SLAs and process standards.
Coordinate effectively between health coaches, relationship managers, medical experts, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Handle user queries and escalations with empathy and efficiency, aiming for quick resolution and high user satisfaction.
Monitor and track user journey and engagement to ensure timely follow-ups, renewals, and overall program adherence.
Identify and flag operational or technical issues impacting user experience, and work cross-functionally to drive resolutions.
Maintain regular reports and dashboards on program performance, escalations, and feedback trends. Requirements: ₹ 1-2 years of experience in healthcare operations, wellness programs, or condition management-related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward process improvement.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a user-first mindset.
Familiarity with using CRM tools, ticketing systems, or operations dashboards is a plus.
