Required Skills : Executing campaigns on Amazon And FlipkartExperience : 3 - 5 YearsSalary: 5 -7 LPADescription :- As a part of the Growth function, the marketplace marketing associate/manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart etc. and achieving monthly revenue growth targets through end-to-end management of digital marketing activities, optimization of performance & costs/CAC etc. on a day to day basis.Key Areas and Responsibilities :Customer acquisition & digital sales funnel management :- Develop & execute detailed monthly advertising plans across the advertising platforms of Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra for achieving the sales targets with optimal ACOS / ROAS & ensuring targets are metCampaign Management :- Plan & implement PLA/branded video ads/PCA etc. campaigns to achieve business targets and maximize revenue- Daily campaign management across all the digital marketplace platforms for acquisition- Continuously monitor & optimize performance to ensure sales growth in line with forecast, conversion funnel efficiency and cost/CAC optimization- Implement a test & scale approach to constantly test ad formats, creatives, platforms etc. to get best results.Promotions :- Design & execute effective promotions strategy to push sales numbers as well as uplift visibility, mind metricsBudget And Roi Management :- Optimize continuously to ensure high ROI and minimize CACAnalytics And Reporting :- Leverage ad platform analytics and tools such as Helium 10, Amazon PI tool etc. to derive actionable insights- Detailed analysis of sales trends, funnel, conversions & all key metrics and sharing relevant insights & recommendations- Monitor performance & optimize/course correctSkills Required :Core digital marketing skills & hands-on experience across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra ads etc.- Strong experience in analytics tools and techniques- Proficient in quantitative analysis & insighting- Data/numbers oriented - Good at advanced excel/other data analysis tools- Strong verbal & written communicationCompetencies :Commercial & strategic acumen- Results driven & ROI focused- Technology oriented with keen interest in latest tech developments in digital marketing- People orientation & leadership ability- Strong bias to action- Agility and ability to take decisions/course correct fastDesired Candidate profile :- 1-2 years of experience of which majority should be in a B2C ecommerce set up with strong hands on experience executing campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart etc.- Graduate- Experience in handling large monthly budgets (50L - 1Cr month- Good verbal/written communication skills in English- Both Male and Female Applicable (ref:updazz.com)
