Overview:
As an Associate-Growth Strategist at Streamlyn, you will play a critical role in supporting publisher success by managing expectations, tracking performance trends, and unlocking monetization opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in digital advertising, with a focus on publisher management and strategic operations. You will be responsible for understanding publisher goals, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, sharing actionable performance insights, and leveraging product features to drive retention and revenue growth. Responsibilities:

• Publisher Expectation Management

• Understand and document publisher goals and setup requirements.

• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure expectations are met.

• Help maintain a consistent experience and satisfaction for all managed publishers.

2.Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track publisher performance and assist in preparing weekly insight reports.

• Identify trends, potential issues, and growth opportunities.

• Support analysis of performance data to inform strategy and decision-making.

3.Product Familiarity & Optimization

• Build strong knowledge of platform features, ad behaviour, and UI impact.

• Suggest enhancements to improve publisher experience and drive better results.

• Share publisher feedback with relevant teams to improve the product continuously.

4.Page Health & Technical Compliance

• Assist in monitoring Core Web Vitals, page speed, and SEO practices across publisher sites.

• Flag issues or risks to the relevant technical or support teams.

• Ensure sites follow best practices for user experience and performance.

5. Publisher Growth & Retention Support

• Collaborate with internal teams to unlock upsell and revenue opportunities.

• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen long-term publisher relationships.

• Support the retention of high-value publishers by ensuring performance stability and communication.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Ops, Product, and Demand teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.

• Participate in regular review calls and strategy sessions to align on publisher goals.

• Support troubleshooting and ensure follow-ups are completed effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to understand technical and performance metrics in a simplified way.

• Comfortable working with reports and translating data into insights.

• A team player who can manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

• Interest in ad tech, digital publishing, or web performance is a plus.
