How will you make an impact in this role?




Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

Hands-on experience with

end-to-end processes in Fraud operations and or Dispute management

(Issuer, Acquirer, and customer journey). Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Prior experience in testing, quality assurance, or process improvement. Critical thinking and innovative problem-solving capabilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams. Understanding of testing methodologies and tools (preferred, not required). Solid knowledge of the

Credit/Debit Card Disputes and or Fraud Journey

. Willingness to learn and support new skills, tools, and applications. Ability to manage multiple project priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and productivity levels. Flexible, with the ability to "think outside the box."

Minimum Qualification



3+ years of proven experience in product testing, quality assurance, or related roles in product development.(preferred) Domain knowledge of financial services, card network operations, disputes and fraud lifecycles, card issuing, and merchant acquiring/processing. Ability to connect testing outcomes to business value and compliance impact. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across product, technology, and operations teams. Highly organized, accountable, and driven to take ownership of outcomes. Understanding of test case design, defect management, and test execution methodologies (manual + automated). Outcome-focused mindset with the ability to connect testing results to business value and operational impact. High on curiosity and continuous learning, with a passion for uncovering issues and improving workflows. Excellent communication skills to work across distributed, global teams and clearly convey test results and business implications. Strong sense of accountability and ownership in driving testing to closure with confidence and clarity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint strongly preferred).

Preferred Qualification



Knowledge of Agile/SAFe product development methodologies.

Exposure to compliance-driven testing (e.g., Regulation E, Regulation Z). Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Rally, , or Zephyr, and exposure to automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, UFT). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
