• 0 to 4 years of experience with excellent command over English.
• Well-versed in English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate PC skills, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Self-motivated individual, Positive and pro-active manner, Team player, Positive professional attitude, willingness to learn
• Experience in international contact centre will be an added advantage.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
