Understanding the project requirement in co-ordination with respective business teams
Initiating PAF, PR request with business teams.
Following up, identifying & clearing roadblock in approval stages.
Ensuring POs are raised on time and shared with respective stake holders.
Co-ordination with vendors for timely submission of invoices
Maintaining payout trackers and co - ordinating with finance on payouts.
Submission of monthly cash flow statements.
Monthly closing, provisioning and accrual activities.
Ensuring process compliance at every step of the process to maintain audit standards
Preferred Education and Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce with mandatory SAP knowledge
Excellent Excel skills
Candidate who has work experience under Operations & Finance teams of the media industry would be preferred.
