Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

Health care management of rescued wildlife at the shelter. To receive injured /sick animals and provide first aid and treatment.

Routine medical and surgical treatments.

In-charge of Pet clinic and care, to conduct ABC in cats and dogs.

Observation, tests & investigations, prevention of infectious diseases and practice prophylaxis, Therapeutics.

Neo Natal caring and rehabilitation of Hand reared wildlife.

Sanitation & Hygiene, nutrition, feeding and security of animals in shelter.

Enrichment of housing & rehabilitation of animals in care.

Issue release orders for recovered animals and other certifications as per the need.

Monitor & Secure the inventory of medicines and other medical equipment and their usage and durability.

Education: BVSc

Skills & other requirements:

Experience in wildlife is desirable

Surgical expertise will be an added advantage

Good Communication Skills in English

Knowledge of Kannada is desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
