We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients or healthcare providers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concerns related to healthcare services via voice calls.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently and empathetically.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
Document call details and update systems accurately.
Meet performance targets including call quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in international voice process preferred.
Prior experience in healthcare BPO is an added advantage.
Willingness to work night shifts (US timings).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
Education:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
Healthcare-related certifications or training will be a plus.
