Job Responsibility



+ The key responsibility of this role is to manage & supervise the in-life management of Cash products by ensuring an exceptional customer journey throughout the product life cycle. + As part of the Offshore Operations team, the Operational Support VP/DVP is a key point of contact for the Onshore Operations team & Portfolio Management team.
+ Cross functional in nature, the role will involve spearheading the in-life management of loan applications in addition to new product initiatives
+ Daily Operation Tasks will include supervising & managing:
+ Processing of incoming & outgoing payments within agreed SLAs and KPIs, and in line with company policies and procedures.
+ Scaling of processes as per the Lending requirements of the Bank.
+ Ensuring AI initiatives are implemented in collaboration with the synergies to enhance the output of the team.
+ Setting up Direct Debits/ACH.
+ Monitoring of group Emails (instructions/queries)
+ Monitoring of Bank accounts for Incoming payments & doing reconciliation.
+ Communicating with Portfolio Management Team to ensure loan related payments are received on time.
+ Effectively complete ad-hoc tasks and initiatives as directed across the busines
+ Support other BAU requirements of Operations teams aside from primary activities.
+ Have a clear understanding of Role of Operations in the Life Cycle of Product.
+ Ensuring the processes are followed in timely & accurate manner.
+ Managing the team & supervising a high performing team.

Desired skills:



+ Work experience of 10-15 years in Banking industry - Payments domain/Back office Operations. + Open to late night shifts.
+ Understanding of the Banking Industry.
+ Full knowledge of UK/US Lending products & concepts.
+ Excellent communication both oral & written required - interacting with portfolio, legal & other stakeholders in UK and/ or US.
+ Computer literate and the ability to work on a variety of IT platforms
+ Personal drive (proactive), flexible, creative (thinks out of the box), result driven, responsible, curious, team player and fast learner.
+ Energetic, enthusiastic, driven to go the extra mile
+ Flexible, eager to learn
+ Open to occasional weekend work and/or night shift hours when and if required
+ Willingness to work flexibly and as part of ONE team, helping out in different business areas as required
+ Passionate about delivering excellence in service and quality
+ Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Finance.
