Role Summary

Responsible for Achieving overall Gross Written Premium


Guiding CAT A team in ensuring that almost all RFQs in the market come to Tata AIG GICL. Working on converting the RFQs. Assisting the team in working with brokers and underwriters to increase top line.

Guiding CAT B&C team in ensuring that almost all RFQs in the market come to Tata AIG GICL. Working on converting the RFQs. Assisting the team in working with brokers and underwriters to increase top line. Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

Experience
10 - 12 years of experience in insurance / Financial sector
At least 3 to 4 years of experience of leading a company/ business line in Broking
Education
