Summary The role involves supporting real estate advisory assignments through research, feasibility studies, financial modeling, and report preparation. The candidate will handle project execution, client queries, site inspections, and database management while contributing to business development efforts. Ideal for a self-driven professional with strong analytical, financial modeling, and report-writing skills.

About the Role:

• Exposure in Real Estate advisory - Research, Feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, highest & best use reports, Financial Modeling & concepts
• Self-driven individual with execution & client query handling responsibilities. The position will have both elements: primarily project execution/ delivery along with a support business development
• Execution skills- Report writing - Feasibility report, market research report etc., Market surveys, financial modeling, making presentations.
• Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc,
• Site inspections
• Presentation and documentation work

About you:

• Minimum experience of 1-3 years with strong financial modelling, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate market trends, regulations, and industry practices.
• A strong team player with the ability to collaborate and contribute effectively to the team.
