for UCIC Opening : Tracking of Unique Customer Identification Code (UCIC) allotment for all new cases. Manual eyeballing of data received from Posidex for manual assignment of UCIC Discrepant information data check with KYC Allocation of cases to individual members such that same case is not worked upon by multiple team members Source from which data has been generated is identified Data checked in both LMS and Posidex after identification If data in LMS is incorrect, it is identified and notified to respective Operations Team to correct the same Once data is corrected, the same is informed to New Team To ensure data discrepancy is rectified in LMS system - for that if continuous follow up is required, then, it needs to be done If error is in Posidex data, inform IT Team on the discrepancy Data discrepancy due to integration issue needs to be fixed Once data is corrected in Posidex the same is re-verified To ensure data discrepancy is rectified in Posidex system - for that if continuous follow up is required, then, it needs to be done Assign existing or New UCIC to customer Checking KYC Documents thoroughly in DMS System If KYC data not reflecting correctly request for update from RM RM to provide the correct KYC Document Re-verification of the corrected KYC Document uploaded to DMS Ensuring that correct KYC Document is uploaded to DMS, if multiple followup is required to be done then it needs to be done Publish report every month end or as per frequency decided to respective parties If any escalation is required, then, accordingly raise the same
