Job Description

We are seeking experienced professionals for our UK Voice Process team. This role involves managing outbound calls, addressing customer requirements, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a night shift environment. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in international voice processes, particularly in domains such as healthcare, telecom, banking.

Requirements




+ Make outbound calls to Uk-based customers for lead generation and customer support. + Understand and resolve customer requirements efficiently and accurately. + Maintain high standards of call quality, compliance, and proper documentation. + Consistently meet performance metrics such as Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and other KPIs. + Upsell relevant products or services when applicable. #

What we Expect from you?



Strong problem-solving skills and working knowledge of CRM tools.

Willingness to work in night shifts with rotational weekly offs.

Prior experience in UK healthcare, telecom, or banking domains is preferred.

Proven upselling skills are an added advantage

What you've got?



Adhere to process workflows, call scripts, and compliance standards. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Uk voice process (support or sales).

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
