Job Description

We are a fast-growing startup- Nervesparks is a steering provider of AI solutions designed to help businesses innovate, optimise operations and drive efficiency through secure and scalable artificial intelligence technologies. As a UI/UX Associate, you will play a key role in designing seamless user experiences and interfaces for our products. You will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, developers, and designers to translate ideas into interactive, impactful designs that delight users.

Requirements-

1. Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, Computer Science or a related field.

2. 0-2 years of experience in UI/UX design (internship or practical experience)

3. Proficiency in design tools- Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

4. Strong understanding of user centred design principles

5. Good communication and collaboration skills

6. A portfolio showcasing relevant design work

Key Responsibilities-

Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into user-centered designs. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design decisions. Ensure consistency of design language, visual identity, and interaction patterns across platforms. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX.
Nice to Have

Experience with motion design or micro-interactions. Familiarity with frontend development (HTML/CSS/JS). Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
