Job Description

Build, test, and deploy Power Automate flows/UiPath flows for document processing, approvals, data sync, and data enrichment use cases.
Implement and maintain UiPath-based automations where frontend interaction is critical or Power Automate falls short.
Analyze use cases shared by stakeholders and translate into reusable automation components with governance guardrails.
Maintain and troubleshoot existing automations, suggest optimization for latency, accuracy, and exception handling.
Work with Business SMEs to convert manual workflows into digital apps/workflows in Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse optional).
Create clear documentation and versioning, and handoff to support resources when required.
Engage in monthly bot license cost optimization discussions--decide when bots are justified vs human-in-loop support.
