Job Overview:

The transition support team ensures timely and accurate completion of tasks available in Client's queue.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Should be able to work on multiple processes. Verify loan information, including borrower information Ensures the review is completed within the timeline Quality is a critical parameter and should be able to avoid any errors.

Eligibility Criteria:

Immediate Joiners only who can join within a week of selection. Should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in US mortgage. Candidates with Transition Support Services also preferred. WFO Mandatory. (No WFH option available) Should be flexible with the shifts. Should be comfortable working on spreadsheets. 1+ years of experience in mortgage post-closing, Closing, Curative or related field Quality Analyst for the above process also preferred. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations, laws, and industry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
