The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, ensuring seamless experiences from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication skills, destination knowledge, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and packages Book flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel services
Customize travel plans based on client preferences and budgets
Handle visa applications, travel insurance, and documentation
Stay updated on travel advisories, regulations, and COVID-related protocols
Resolve customer queries and manage changes or cancellations
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions
