Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive New Loan Boarding Processor to join our boarding operations team. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely onboarding of newly originated loans into our servicing systems, while maintaining compliance with regional regulations and internal policies.

Responsibilities

Interpret and manage commercial mortgage servicing tasks and loan structures Review and understand various loan documents Update and analyse data in the mortgage loan system of record Generate system queries as needed Review reports, system data, loan documentation, and collateral information Accurately process high volumes of work within deadlines

Required Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Access Adaptability to change and flexibility across assignments Team-oriented with active participation Professional conduct and ownership of responsibilities Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize work Comfortable communicating with US counterparts Willingness to work different shifts as needed

Preferred Skills

Minimum qualification: B.Com graduate 1.5 to 2 years of experience in commercial mortgage servicing Strong understanding of commercial mortgage products and loan language

Bengaluru: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Hyderabad: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
