Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Transactions & Processor for EMEA/APAC group. The associate plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely handling of financial transactions within the organization. This position is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, a foundational understanding of accounting principles, and a commitment to operational excellence. The associate will support daily cash operations, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain financial integrity.
Responsibilities:
+ Set up, monitor, and close cash management accounts for commercial mortgage loans.
+ Administer waterfall processing for performing loans, ensuring proper disbursement of operating expenses and surplus funds.
+ Analyze account balances to confirm sufficient funds for disbursement and reconcile discrepancies.
+ Process wire transfers, trigger transactions, and loan disbursement requests in line with servicing procedures.
+ Maintain accurate transaction records and support month-end and quarterly reporting cycles.
+ Identify and escalate issues related to cash shortfalls, late trades, or fund misallocations.
+ Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory standards, and client-specific servicing protocols.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in cash management, commercial loan servicing, or real estate finance.
Proficiency in wire disbursement systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of loan servicing agreements, waterfall structures, and fund administration.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work in high-volume, deadline-driven environments--night shift flexibility may be required
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience with commercial real estate loan servicing platforms.
+ Familiarity with trigger-based cash controls and cost-of-carry allocation.
+ Exposure to audit processes and quality control frameworks.
+ Ability to interpret complex financial agreements and translate them into operational workflows.
Standard shift time:
1.30 pm - 10.30 pm - Flexible working different shifts as per business requirement.
