Job Summary:





We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Associate Transactions & Processor

to join our EMEA APAC loan boarding team. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate and timely onboarding of newly originated loans into our servicing systems, while maintaining compliance with regional regulatory standards and internal policies. Minimum one plus year experience in loan onboarding, review and interpretation of documents and ability to work independently with established deadlines.


Responsibilities:




Ensure compliance with EMEA APAC specific regulatory requirements and company policies during the boarding process. Review and validate loan documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to system onboarding. Enter loan data into servicing platforms, ensuring alignment with contractual terms and client requirements. Interpret and understand different types of loan documents Update and analyze the company's mortgage loan system of record and other systems with appropriate data Accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines

Required Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in loan processing, loan servicing, or financial operations Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail. Demonstrated capacity to achieve results in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic setting. Strong work ethics and a sense of urgency. Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Good problem-solving skills and an eye for detail Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word MS Access Flexibility to work on different processes/assignments Ability to set priorities, plan and organize work Demonstrates/maintains professional conduct under all circumstances Ability to communicate well with US counterparts, as required

Preferred Skills:




Familiarity with EMEA APAC financial regulations and loan documentation standards. Experience with syndicated loans, commercial real estate, or structured finance. Knowledge of onboarding workflows and automation tools. Understanding and ability to interpret loan language on loan documents 2+ years of experience in loan processing, loan servicing, or financial operations--preferably within EMEA markets.

Standard shift time:




7.30 am - 4.30 pm (BLR) & 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (HYD) - Flexible working different shifts as per business requirement.
