Job Description

Hiring: Training & Quality Associate for a NGO

Location

: Porvorim

Salary budget

4 to 4.5 LPA CTC (this role requires travelling within the State of Goa and no separate travel allowance shall be provided)

Requirements

-Should have a minimum of 2 years experience in training or teaching

-Should have experience in MS Office

-Knowledge of English and Konkani is mandatory

-Should be willing to travel anywhere within the state

Responsibilities:

-Assist in designing and delivering the training and quality assessment and programs , as per the quality standards of the organization

-Conduct regular observations in various schools and provide feedback

-Collaborate with the the central teams and other stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
