Conduct refresher and OJT trainings
on
substitution selling, customer handling
, and call-quality improvement.
Collaborate with Quality Analysts
to identify error patterns and create targeted coaching plans.
Ensure accurate and
compliant medicine substitution as per doctors prescription
, patient profile, and internal guidelines.
Deliver product-related medical knowledge sessions to
boost team confidence
in
substitutions
.
Provide 1:1 coaching for bottom-quartile agents
and track post-coaching progress.
Support new hire batches during nesting by reinforcing soft skills, sales ethics, and process adherence.
Maintain training logs, feedback sheets,
and progress reports to measure session effectiveness.
Participate in
call calibrations
and suggest process improvements based on recurring challenges.
Required Qualifications
B.Pharm / D.Pharm
or equivalent pharmaceutical qualification (mandatory)
2-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales within a pharma/healthcare environment
Experience in
substitution selling or generic medicine p
romotion (preferred)
Strong understanding of drug categories, dosage forms, and
brand generic mapping
Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct engaging and
motivational training sessions
Proficiency in
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and call-monitoring tools
