Please find the job description for the position of associate trainee ( Lithium-ion battery manufacturing) at Wasuli, Chakan- pune.

: Associate Trainee - R&D (Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing)

Location: Wasuli, Chakan, Maharashtra

On Payroll - Shhambhawee Services Pvt. Ltd.)

Department: R&D

Shift: 8 Hours + Overtime

Free Canteen Facility

Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Engineering

(Electrical or Mechanical preferred; ITI Electrical also eligible)

Experience:

0.6 - 2 years (Freshers are welcome)

Salary: ?19,000 - ?22,000 per month (CTC; based on interview & suitability)

Benefits: Provident Fund (PF), ESIC

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and test lithium battery packs and EV-related products.

Conduct prototype development, performance testing, and safety testing.

Analyze test data and prepare technical reports.

Support production during new product introduction (NPI).

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement improvements (CAPA).

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for components and validation.

Maintain R&D documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
