Responsibilities The Role: As a Associate Trainee, you are joining a multidisciplinary team of product managers, designers and engineers who create digital products that hundreds of thousands of people experience every day. Your primary responsibilities will be, Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms. Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) Profound insight into Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction Management etc.) Experience in the Spring Framework Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC) Experience with test-driven development Nice to have Certifications - Sun Certified Java Developer Must have good communication skills and be a team player. Qualifications Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Experience in the Spring Framework Career break of 6 months to 2 years Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC) Ability to work in an Agile/SCRUM environment. Well organized with a bias for action with minimal direction. A team player with a start-up/entrepreneur mindset. Passionate about learning technology and solving problems .
