Position Overview:
The Title Reviewer is responsible for ensuring that all minimum requirements for each loan are met before clearing the title. This involves thorough document review, data validation, and coordination with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or exceptions. The role supports operational excellence by maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Title Review Process:
Execute tasks across seven sub-processes:
+ CTC Review
+ Data Entry
+ Exception Review
+ Provider Questions
+ Exception Handling
+ Curative Review
+ TRID Realtor & Subordination
Document Validation:
Review and validate the following mandatory documents:
+ Title Commitment
+ Tax Certificate
+ Title Fee Sheet
+ Clear to Close (CTC)
+ Closing Protection Letter (CPL)
+ IPIQ
+ Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA)
Ensure consistency and accuracy of:
+ Property address and legal description
+ Borrower name(s)
+ Closing agent and title insurance underwriter
Issue Identification & Resolution:
Identify liens, judgments, subordination, and vesting issues.
Communicate with Customer Advocates or Loan Processors to resolve discrepancies.
Move files to the Exception Queue when curative action is required.
Clear title once all issues are resolved and requirements are met.
System Updates:
Accurately update findings and status in the Loan Origination System (LOS).
Complete Title tracking items in LOS and BPM applications.
Team & Performance Support:
Assist Team Leaders in clearing priority queues.
Ensure adherence to client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Work Environment:
Willingness to work in a
24x7 rotational shift environment

Qualification & Experience
Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the roleBasic Degree completion (15 years of education)
Good written and oral communications skills in English
* US Mortgage Experience in Default Servicing Foreclosure Preferably Judicial FC (Minimum 36-60 Months)
