Job Responsibilities:

1. Review Title Commitments: Examine title commitments to identify any vested interests or issues that need resolution.
2. Document Collection: Obtain all necessary documents to clear title issues, such as deeds, affidavits, and releases.
3. Update Foreclosure Information: Keep foreclosure information current for each title.
4. Communication: Maintain regular communication with title vendors, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the process.
5. Problem-Solving: Resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the title review process. Identifying and resolving title defects or issues

Additional Skills

Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously review and analyze documents. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with various parties. Knowledge of US Real Estate: Understanding of real estate laws and regulations will be an added advantage.
