Roles & Responsibilities:

Experienced in filing Title claims with Original Title company to resolve Title issues Review assets at a minimum of every 15 days for Title resolution status with the Title company Coordinate with Title company and Foreclosure attorney firm on the Title issue and the resolution thereof. Solid knowledge of Default Servicing process, Title document review, and real estate terminology Strong understanding of Liens, Legal Description, Superior and junior liens and Mortgage documents and researching documents through online(netronline) Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability Strong ability to document conversations accurately and interpret data Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Excellent communication skills * Ability to build relationships with both internal and external clients/vendors
