About the Role:We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven professionals to join our Medi Insurance Advantage outbound calling team. In this role, you will connect with US-based customers, educate them about Medicare Advantage plans, and assist them in making informed decisions while ensuring a seamless customer experience.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential US customers regarding Medicare Advantage Insurance plans.- Educate customers about the benefits, features, and eligibility of various plans.- Understand customer needs and assist them in selecting the most suitable plan.- Handle queries, provide accurate information, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.- Work towards daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to the team's performance.- Maintain updated records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.- Ensure compliance with US Medicare guidelines and company policies.Requirements:- Experience: Minimum 6 months-2 years in US outbound sales, preferably healthcare/insurance process.- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate with strong communication skills.Skills:- Excellent English communication (verbal & written).- Ability to build rapport, persuade, and close sales.- Good listening and problem-solving skills.- Availability: Comfortable working in US shift timings (Night Shifts - EST/PST).- Preferred: Prior experience in Medicare/Healthcare/Insurance campaigns.What We Offer: - Competitive salary + performance-based incentives. - Attractive commissions for closed sales. - Training & product knowledge support. - Opportunity to grow in a fast-scaling BPO environment. - Supportive team culture and career progression.
