Job Summary:

We are seeking a

Associate

Technician

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be helpful to the Senior Technician for the

installation, service, maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, compressor replacement

, and

commissioning

of air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, or industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular servicing and preventive maintenance on various air conditioning systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in AC systems. Handle emergency breakdowns and provide efficient fault rectification. Replace faulty compressors and components as required. Conduct system commissioning, including testing and adjusting equipment to meet manufacturer and project specification. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all work. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding job progress and outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in servicing and repairing air conditioning systems. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including split units, package units, chillers, and VRF/VRV systems. Ability to diagnose faults and perform compressor replacements independently. Skilled in commissioning new and retrofitted AC systems. Understanding of refrigerant handling and basic electrical troubleshooting. ITI/Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent technical qualification Physical ability to perform fieldwork and lift heavy equipment.
