Job Title: Associate Technical Solutions Engineer (India)
Position Summary
The Associate Technical Solutions Engineer will deliver prompt, professional, and high-quality technical support to internal teams and educators. This role is responsible for troubleshooting complex issues escalated from Tier 1 support, executing data and operational tasks using SQL and internal tools, and maintaining accurate and detailed case documentation in Salesforce. The position requires strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and effective communication to ensure timely resolution of technical needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesRun SQL queries to retrieve data and support assigned tasks. Validate information using internal systems and tools. Submit and track operational requests through Salesforce. Confirm task completion and maintain meticulous case documentation. Notify relevant stakeholders upon resolution and close cases accordingly. Troubleshoot application defects and escalate technical or application issues to development teams as required. Provide technical support to Sales, Professional Development, and Partner Success teams for educator-related needs. Deliver networking, firewall, and security-related technical assistance to customers via remote or onsite channels, depending on location.

Required Skills & CompetenciesBasic understanding of LAN and WAN concepts Familiarity with Windows, iOS, macOS, and ChromeOS environments Ability to write, modify, and run simple SQL queries Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective collaboration and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment Self-driven, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new technologies Strong customer management and follow-through skills Ability to travel onsite within India as required to support educators Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Education & ExperienceAssociate degree or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of software or network technical support experience

Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience Relevant technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Cisco CCENT/CCNA, Google, or Apple
