Job Description

The Jr. Technical Partner Enablement Specialist supports external partners in integrating Thomson Reuters capabilities into their platforms. This role involves managing technical integrations, collaborating with partners and internal teams, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. It is a dynamic position that combines learning and execution, offering opportunities for growth under the guidance of senior team members. Success in this role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology.

About the Role

Participate in technical discussions and presentations with potential partners. Understand and explain APIs to current and prospective partners. Develop a high-level understanding of partner needs and business models. Create and manage project plans with partners and internal stakeholders. Oversee technical partner implementation until onboarding is complete. Document and agree on customer onboarding routines with partners. Support partners with ongoing product enhancements and development. Continuously improve customer onboarding and support processes.

About You

Educational background in system integrations, IT Project Management, or similar tech-oriented fields. Driven, ambitious, and able to work independently. Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (spoken and written). Minimum 1 year of work experience or equivalent internship experience. Experience with REST API-based integrations.
