Responsibilities

Develop visually appealing integrated solutions for complex requirements, backed by solid experience in a multi-disciplinary structure to deliver world-class solutions across the web/ mobile platforms

Responsible for analyzing the roadmap for the adoption of new technologies and trends for applications to achieve functionality and architecture goals

Responsible for writing well-commented, readable, and high-quality code

Identify and establish best practices and frameworks keeping in mind parameters of performance, responsiveness, security, maintainability, extensibility, and reuse during code reviews, peer inspections

Drive the team to adopt XP development practices, including comprehensive unit test coverage, continuous integration, automated builds, code reviews, and frequent upgrades to stable technology stacks

Requirements

BE/B.Tech/MCA with 6+ years of experience in developing Fullstack web applications with Node.JS, React JS and Javascript.

Good understanding of Functional and Object Oriented Programming with JavaScript based technologies

Implementing solutions based on Design Patterns

Exposure to modeling with NoSQL & SQL databases alike, e.g MongoDB, Cassandra, Postgres, MySQL, etc

Understanding of a Type-based Javascript system/framework i.e. TypeScript, Flowjs, etc

Experience in dealing with and managing clients for both functional and technical specifications

Experience in leading and mentoring development teams

Good to have

Knowledge around any of the popular CSS frameworks i.e. bootstrap, Material UI etc

Advance Knowledge around Cloud and DevOps process including Deployments, CI CD tooling etc
