The Role




Ideqa India is actively seeking motivated and passionate Graduates or Entry-level Professionals to join our vibrant team as a Graduate/Associate Technical Consultant. This is a remarkable opportunity for those who are enthusiastic about technology, eager to learn, and aspiring to establish a career in cloud consulting.


In this role, you will be essential in supporting our client projects and will acquire practical experience with a variety of Oracle Cloud products and implementation phases across multiple industry sectors.


We are dedicated to fostering your professional development and will offer extensive training to enhance your skills in technical development, functional understanding, and client engagement.


Some of the key areas of the role are:

Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Oracle Cloud solutions, including integrations, extensions, and customizations using PaaS tools like Oracle Integration Cloud, Visual Builder Cloud Service, Oracle APEX, PHP and Oracle JavaScript Extension toolkit (JET) Support the development and implementation of integrations between Oracle Cloud Applications ( SaaS ) and other systems (on Premise or cloud ) using Oracle Integration Cloud ( OIC). This includes working with adapters, orchestrations and data mapping. Configure and extend the Oracle B2C Service application utilising custom objects, custom fields, Add-ins, and Oracle B2C Service APIs. Participate in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to integrations, custom developments, and data flows within the Oracle Cloud environment. Work with REST and SOAP APIs for various Oracle Cloud services and external systems to facilitate data exchange Assist in developing custom reports and dashboards using tools like Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), or OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) Learn and apply best practices for code management using version control systems (e.g., Git) and contribute to CI/CD pipeline efforts.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline. 0-3 years of professional experience, with demonstrated hands-on experience in software development, scripting, or system integration, ideally through internships, academic projects, or early career roles. Foundational programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, or PL/SQL are highly desirable. Understanding of relational databases and experience with SQL queries. Familiarity with web services (REST/SOAP) and XML/JSON data formats. Basic conceptual understanding of cloud computing principles (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS). Experience with Git or other version control systems is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to technical challenges. Excellent communication skills (English), both written and verbal, for articulating technical concepts. Proactive, self-starter, with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. Any prior academic exposure or personal projects involving Oracle technologies (e.g., SQL Developer, Oracle Database, Java EE) is a significant advantage. Other Oracle Applications knowledge helpful but not essential
