Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Carries out engineering activities under minimal or no supervision.

\xc2\xb7 Actively provides inputs/suggestions in his/her functional domain/project assigned.

\xc2\xb7 Capable of coaching/mentoring lesser experienced engineers on a particular function/domain.

\xc2\xb7 Acquires basic product knowledge and specific expertise with related tools.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrates ability to complete a project/task from start to finish with minimal or no supervision.

\xc2\xb7 Capable of solving complex technical problems.

\xc2\xb7 Should contribute with domain expertise among cross functional teams in brainstorming sessions, design reviews/code reviews/test case reviews/test plan reviews/automation script reviews, as applicable.

\xc2\xb7 Should interpret/understand test or simulation results.

\xc2\xb7 Provide inputs to testing using simulation and test results.

\xc2\xb7 Contributes to innovation and prototype development/POCs.

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of project management concepts.

\xc2\xb7 Should have the ability to own small modules within project and take complete responsibility for the deliverables related to that module within the project.

\xc2\xb7 Should be able to work on vague requirements and seek clarity.

\xc2\xb7 Develop good presentations.

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to overall teams\' engagement.

Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science Engineering / Information Technology

\xc2\xb7 7-9 years of experience in Software Development.

Key Competencies:

\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience in Windows software (Web & Desktop) development

\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience in .Net (WPF) and C#

\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience in Web development (React JS, Asp.net, JavaScript frameworks, html)

\xc2\xb7 Exposure to OOPS concepts and its application in the project.

\xc2\xb7 Exposure Agile Methodology and practices

\xc2\xb7 Exposure to DevOps or Build activities.

\xc2\xb7 Good debugging skills,

\xc2\xb7 Integrate and validate new product designs.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
