Job Description
NewRelic Requirement Technical Proficiency in New Relic (App Performance, Management Infra, Real User and Mobile) or any other Monitoring like (Datadog, AppDynamics, Dynatrace etc) Implementation, Administration and Troubleshooting, Support, Enablement and Operations. knowledge in troubleshooting of System and Web Application Performance Management issues for Applications running on the following languages/platforms: Java, .NET, Node.js etc Understanding of Web Services, Micro Services, JVMs and application architecture complexities to help the app teams onboard in smoothly. Prod Support / TechOps Engineer Experience in administrative tasks with various web services like Apache, WebSphere, WebLogic, IIS etc, involving setting up applications and troubleshooting if needed. Linux Administration and Sys Admin Knowledge Technical knowledge mainly in Application and Infra (Linux/Sys Admin / TechOps) Support and Troubleshooting Investigation and diagnostic skills Knowledge of supporting tools troubleshoot the application related issues Strong debugging and problem solving skills.
