The Associate - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, focusing on hiring for international voice processes. The role includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality talent within set timelines.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for international voice processes.
Identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates to meet organizational needs.
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, databases, and social media.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job descriptions.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a great candidate experience.
Take references and maintain long-term candidate relationships.
Responsible for frontline hiring in bulk recruitment drives.
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in international bulk hiring (BPO sector).
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in hiring US Debt Collectors.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities efficiently.
Detail-oriented and proactive in approach.
