Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be crucial in discovering, attracting, and onboarding top technical and non-technical talent, with a special emphasis on candidates experienced in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). You'll partner closely with hiring managers and candidates, learn and grow every day, and help shape the future of our company.
Key ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and shortlist candidates from Job portals e.g. Naukri.com and Indeed etc. for technical and non-technical positions Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements and build effective hiring strategies Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, interviews, offer management, and onboarding Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports as needed Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage Take initiative for continuous learning and development to become a trusted recruiting advisor

What We're Looking ForEducation: Graduate degree required; MBA in Human Resources preferred Experience: 2+ years in technical or non-technical hiring (RCM hiring experience an advantage) Prior experience of Workday Hiring module will be treated as an added advantage for this position. Mindset: Detail-oriented, sharp-minded, highly organized, and eager to learn and grow Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; results-oriented approach Work Style: Comfortable with an overlap shift (12 PM noon to 9 PM); work from office in Sector 58, Noida
