Job Description

Provide Tier 3 support activities for existing applications which includes but is not limited to:
- Work with appropriate resources to resolve reported defects and issues with applications.
- Assist with periodical required activities such as Disaster Recovery testing and User Access Reviews.
- Conduct Security Vulnerability Remediation and other Security related activities.
Understand application architecture, codebase and resolving defects on time with quality.
Perform systems analysis and prepare detailed documentation including software requirement specification, system
design, and test cases.
Ensure all activities are performed with quality and procedural compliance by writing secure code with proper exception
and error handling.
Analyze, design and develop application components and services according to requirements and specifications.
Coordinate with Operations staff on deployment of applications.
Work with business partners to analyze and address support requests to include training.
Perform code reviews, development testing and, as needed, validation testing.Working Hours - 1 PM to 10 PM ISTQualifications - ExternalEducation and Experience: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Excellent knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, Web Services, ETL and related technologies and protocols (SOAP, REST, WSDL,etc.), Web Development Languages, Scripting Languages (JavaScript, JQuery, Angular JS, etc.), and Secure Coding Best Practices.
Excellent knowledge of basic relational database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle) and languages (T-SQL, PL/SQL.)
Expert in debugging (Browser, Managed Code, Operating Systems.)
Familiarity with the following: IIS, Windows & Linux/Unix Server Apache, Azure DevOPs, Vulnerability Mitigation.
Following skills highly preferred: Validated System Experience, Working with external Vendors, Clinical Industry
Knowledge, Business Analysis, Project Management.
