Job Description

Software Development:

Write, test, debug, and maintain code for applications, often using languages like Java, Python, or Node.js.

System Support:

Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain servers, networks, operating systems, and applications (Windows, Linux).

Infrastructure Management:

Assist with hardware/software installation, configuration, and deployment, including virtualization and cloud environments.

User & Stakeholder Support:

Provide technical assistance to end-users, resolve issues, and communicate with design teams and managers.

Documentation:

Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and support guides.

Testing & Quality:

Participate in testing, quality assurance, and performance monitoring to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
