About the Role:



A leading

super-specialty center focused on advanced varicose veins treatment

is seeking a full-time

Clinical Assistant

to join a high-performance surgical team. The role offers hands-on involvement in outpatient consultations, surgical support, patient coordination, and international clinical outreach. Ideal for an MBBS graduate with strong clinical acumen and prior surgical experience.

Key Responsibilities:1. Clinical and Surgical Assistance



Assist during outpatient consultations and minimally invasive procedures Manage clinical documentation, patient preparation, follow-ups, and imaging coordination Counsel patients regarding surgical plans, investigations, and fitness protocols Ensure adherence to clinical SOPs, sterilization, and recovery monitoring

2. Camp & Outreach Activities



Organize and coordinate

varicose vein screening camps and public awareness programs

Handle logistics, patient flow, and documentation at camps Assist with post-camp follow-up for OPD visits and surgery conversions

3. Referral Doctor Engagement



Visit referring physicians to build and maintain relationships Educate doctors about the center's services and patient outcomes Track referral patterns and report feedback to the team

4. Travel & Program Support (India and Abroad)



Accompany the surgical team on visits to

partner hospitals abroad

, including Africa and other regions Support logistical setup and patient management during overseas procedures Act as a liaison for international patients and partners during travel

Required Qualifications:



MBBS from a recognized medical college (mandatory) Minimum

5 years of clinical/surgical experience

Prior experience assisting in surgical or interventional procedures Strong command of clinical English and medical documentation Willingness to travel extensively within India and abroad

Preferred Attributes:



Male candidates preferred due to travel-heavy nature of the role Experience in vascular, general surgery, or interventional radiology is advantageous Strong interpersonal and coordination skills Fluency in Hindi and English; regional languages is a bonus
