Job / Requisition Title: Stores Associate Job Summary: Stores Associate is responsible for Material Inward & receipt Process. This role involves the efficient of handling, storage, and movement of raw materials to shop floor, to ensure the smooth operation of the store\xe2\x80\x99s functions. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Receive, inspect, on time GRN for incoming shipments of goods.

Working alongside our Senior workshop planner, your responsibilities will focus on ensuring good Health and Safety methods, quality work practices and the company\'s Ethical Conduct policies are respected. You will also assist in keeping accurate document records and retrieval systems in an orderly manner.
• Organize and maintain inventory by properly labeling, shelving, and storing items.
• Works in close partnership with Suppliers, Quality, Customer Care, Engineering, Finance and Logistics teams, in order to provide the expected service levels to Emerson customers, while minimizing risk and reducing total inventory & cost throughout the entire supply chain.
• Prioritize, schedule and delegate work assignments and directly supervise departmental staff to ensure the procurement, delivery, shipping and storage of materials and products at the lowest possible cost, meeting standards for quality and customer delivery requirements.
• You also support technical risk analyses, defect root cause analyses and suggest product/process improvements.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing tasks.

Who You Are:

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
• Operating computer skills : MS Office, Acrobat reader
• Understanding inventory management principles, including tracking, labeling, and cycle counting and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Associates or Technical Degree
• Minimum 2, preferably 5 years of experience in our industry (Automation and field implementation);
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication (both written and verbal);
