Requirement:

• Experience: 5+ years
• Srong experience in Front-End Development.
• Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel).
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
• Experience with performance optimization, state management, and component-based architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications using React.js and Redux.
• Implement clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with designers and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve performance and user experience.
• Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Contribute to design discussions, architecture decisions, and technical documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices within the team.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
